Bilingual Intake & Enrollment Specialist (Spanish/English)Help families take the next step toward care at home.
When a family reaches out for home care, having someone who answers their questions, explains the process, and follows through makes a difference.
Anchor Health Home Care is hiring a Bilingual Intake & Enrollment Specialist to help families navigate the intake and enrollment process for pediatric home care services. You’ll be a key point of contact for parents and referral sources, helping them understand their next steps while keeping paperwork, communication, and case progress organized.
Previous home care experience is helpful, but not required. We welcome candidates with office, administrative, or customer service experience who communicate well, pay attention to details, and take initiative.
What We Offer
- Health insurance
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Paid time off
- Parental leave and prenatal leave
- Bonus opportunities
What You’ll Do
- Be a helpful first point of contact. Speak with families and referral sources in English and Spanish, answer questions, and explain the intake and enrollment process.
- Keep the process moving. Follow up with families to collect missing information, complete required paperwork, and address outstanding items.
- Handle intake documentation and insurance verification. Collect, review, and process the information needed to move each case forward.
- Coordinate with others. Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal departments to resolve questions and support enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records. Enter client information, document conversations, and track case progress in our systems.
- Stay organized throughout a busy day. Manage a high volume of calls, callbacks, and time-sensitive tasks while giving each family clear, attentive support.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong spoken communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Experience in an office, administrative, customer service, intake, or similar role
- A professional, friendly phone manner and the ability to explain information clearly
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several active cases at once
- Consistent follow-through and the initiative to address missing information or unresolved questions
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, entering information accurately, and learning new software systems
Experience with healthcare intake, Medicaid, managed care organizations, or pediatric services is a plus, but it is not required.
What Success Looks Like
You’re someone who follows up without waiting to be reminded, keeps accurate notes, and makes sure families understand what happens next. You can shift between calls, paperwork, and coordination while remaining professional and patient.
This is a busy, phone-focused office role. Being dependable, organized, and comfortable speaking with people throughout the day matters more than having a specific industry background.
