About the Role

What You'll Do
While acting in the Administrator's absence, you will:
- Manage the agency's daily ongoing functions
- Ensure all persons providing services on behalf of the agency are qualified and receive ongoing education
- Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities
- Implement and monitor budgeting and accounting systems
- Implement quality assurance and infection control programs
- Conduct an annual review of changes to policies and procedures
Requirements
- Located in or within commuting distance of Conway, AR 72032
- At least one year of supervisory or administrative experience
- Ability to meet Arkansas state qualification standards for an Alternate Administrator
- Strong organizational skills and attention to regulatory detail
- Comfortable working with policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Availability to step into the Administrator role on short notice
