Looking for a talented, creative, and dependable Part-Time Floral Designerto join our team!We’re looking for someone who has floral design experience and loves creating beautiful arrangements while providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and providing expert advice on plant and flora care
- Maintain the floral display area by merchandising products attractively and restocking as needed
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately, and manage cash handling procedures
- Engage with customers via phone communication to answer questions or take orders
- Organize stock levels efficiently, assist with stocking shelves, and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting
Skills
- Previous professional floral design experience required
- Strong knowledge of flowers, greenery, mechanics, and floral care
- Ability to create everyday arrangements, sympathy designs, and special occasion flowers
- Wedding/event design experience is a plus
- Creative eye and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced flower shop
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team
- Must be available for some weekends and holidays during busy seasons

Pay: $15.15 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
