NOW HIRING: PART-TIME FLORAL DESIGNER
Looking for a talented, creative, and dependable Part-Time Floral Designer to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who has floral design experience and loves creating beautiful arrangements while providing excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous professional floral design experience required
- Strong knowledge of flowers, greenery, mechanics, and floral care
- Ability to create everyday arrangements, sympathy designs, and special occasion flowers
- Wedding/event design experience is a plus
- Creative eye and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced flower shop
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team
- Must be available for some weekends and holidays during busy seasons
What You’ll Do:
- Design fresh flower arrangements and bouquets
- Assist customers with their floral needs
- Process flower deliveries and maintain flower inventory
- Keep the design area clean and organized
- Help with daily shop operations
- Create beautiful, on-brand designs that make our customers smile!
Position: Part-Time Floral Designer
Location: Tempe, AZ
Pay: based on experience
Hours: Part-time; 20-30 hrs flexibility and additional hours may be available during holidays and busy seasons
