We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and individuals with behavioral health needs, providing patient care, and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions with patients
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent care
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
*Requirements*
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong background in behavioral health and special education
- Proficient in patient assessment and data collection
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
