Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs), Paraprofessionals & Teaching Assistants — Join Our Team!
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as RBT's/BT's (Registered Behavior Technicians), Paras (Paraprofessionals), or Teacher Assistants. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing support in various settings such as their homes, schools, or educational facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs) Paraprofessionals (Paras) Teaching Assistants Engage in one-on-one support under BCBA Supervision with children diagnosed with ASD.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
- Monitor and track the progress of each child.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals.

- 40-hour RBT training and onboarding support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
