About the Role
This is a senior engineering role at an early-stage AI infrastructure startup, focused on building the foundational systems that power autonomous, AI-native applications. As one of the first engineers hired, you will have outsized influence over architecture, culture, and technical direction from day one.
What You'll Do
-
Design and implement scalable infrastructure for agent orchestration and execution.
-
Build frameworks and tools that enable teams to develop, test, and deploy autonomous agents.
-
Collaborate with product and research teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
-
Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices across the codebase.
-
Contribute to technical strategy and long-term platform roadmap decisions.
What We're Looking For
-
8 or more years of professional software engineering experience.
-
Hands-on experience building or working with agentic infrastructure, agent frameworks, or closely related distributed systems, this is a hard requirement.
-
Generalist technical background spanning multiple domains, rather than a narrowly specialized deep-tech profile.
-
Strong systems design skills with the ability to architect for scale and reliability.
-
Proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud infrastructure.
-
Experience building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platforms.
-
Comfort working across the full stack, from low-level infrastructure to high-level abstractions.
