About the Role
This is a hands-on operations internship at an early-stage healthtech startup in Berlin, sitting directly alongside the founding team. The focus is not on managing operations, it is on automating them away, with real ownership from day one across labs, clinicians, customers, and internal tooling.
What You'll Do
-
Own the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding, appointment scheduling, results communication, and retention.
-
Coordinate day-to-day operations with partner laboratories, phlebotomy clinics, and supplement manufacturers across Europe.
-
Build and maintain internal automations and workflows using tools such as n8n, Notion, Linear, Airtable, and scripting.
-
Perform hands-on kit-packaging operations and deliver B2B customer support.
-
Design and scale operational playbooks so the business can serve far more customers without proportional headcount growth.
What We're Looking For
-
0 to 2 years of experience in an operations, automation, or builder-oriented role.
-
Fluent German speaker, required for coordinating with laboratories, clinicians, customers, and the local team.
-
Hands-on experience building automations or workflows with no-code and low-code tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, or Linear.
-
Comfort owning end-to-end processes independently, not in a shadowing or support-only capacity.
-
An automation-first mindset, the instinct to eliminate manual work rather than administer it.
-
Available for a 3 to 6 month internship with genuine intent to convert to full-time.
-
Valid EU or EEA work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
-
Willingness to work on-site in Berlin five days per week.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 30,000 to 36,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
