We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse's (LPN) to join our day shift team. If you’re passionate about helping people recover from addiction and mental health challenges, we’d love to meet you. We offer on the job training!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Monitor and document vital signs.
- Conduct CIWA and COWS assessments.
- Perform urine drug screens and record findings in KIPU EMR.
- Document client progress through detailed notes.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team, counselors, and medical providers.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
- Attend clinical meetings and support care planning.
Who You Are:
- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the state of Indiana.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN training program.
- Experience in addiction treatment, psychiatric nursing, or detox care is preferred but not a must have. Remember, we offer on the job training!!
- Comfortable with EMR systems (KIPU experience a plus, but not a must).
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate (this you must have).

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
