About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our client’s technology team in Mysore.
This is a hands-on senior engineering position for someone who can take ownership of applications from architecture and database design through frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, deployment and production support.
We are looking for an engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with a modern AI-assisted development mindset.
You should be comfortable using AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, testing, documentation and code reviews — while maintaining full responsibility for the quality, security and maintainability of the code that reaches production.
You will work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Automation Engineers and other developers to turn business requirements into scalable, production-ready products.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop and maintain modern web applications from frontend through backend.
- Take technical ownership of features from requirement through production deployment.
- Build responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React / Next.js.
- Develop scalable backend services using Node.js / TypeScript and/or Python.
- Design and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Design database schemas, queries and data models.
- Work with PostgreSQL / SQL databases and modern data platforms.
- Implement authentication, authorisation and role-based access control.
- Build secure file upload, document, image and media workflows.
- Integrate external APIs, payment platforms, email/SMS services and other SaaS products.
- Design asynchronous/background processing where required.
- Review pull requests and maintain engineering standards across the team.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across frontend, backend, database and infrastructure.
- Improve application performance, reliability and security.
- Work closely with QA engineers to improve automated test coverage.
- Support CI/CD and cloud deployment processes.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Participate in architecture and technical decision-making.
