Why us?
You'll join a company where your work has visible impact from day one.
You'll work directly with world-class engineers, scientists, aerospace experts and entrepreneurs building technologies that have never existed before.
Every day you'll collaborate with people who genuinely believe Europe can lead the next generation of autonomous intelligence.
We're not maintaining legacy systems.
We're creating the infrastructure future generations will depend on.

If you're ready to build technology that could shape Europe for decades to come, we'd love to meet you.
Your mission
As a Space Avionices & Embedded Systems Engineer, you will focus on integrating the NeuralAgent runtime with Linux-based onboard computers, RTOS/cFS environments, spacecraft communication buses and HIL/flatsat infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
-
Own the NeuralAgent hardware integration and embedded deployment environment for space programmes.
-
Deploy and validate NeuralAgent software on embedded Linux, RTOS and spacecraft-class compute platforms.
-
Integrate RTEMS/cFS-based OBC environments and spacecraft interfaces including SpaceWire, CAN, Ethernet/TSN, UART, SPI and related buses.
-
Set up, maintain and evolve SIL/HIL and flatsat validation infrastructure.
-
Support hardware bring-up, debugging, fault injection, timing, networking and performance validation.
-
Integrate RF/optical terminal interfaces, subsystem emulators and representative avionics hardware.
-
Coordinate technical interfaces with spacecraft bus providers and external hardware partners.
-
Support migration from laboratory hardware to engineering-model and flight-representative platforms.
Your profile
-
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Embedded Systems or a related technical discipline.
-
You have at least 3 years experience with embedded Linux and RTOS
-
Hands-on experience with embedded communication interfaces such as CAN, Ethernet, UART, SPI or SpaceWire.
-
Experience with hardware debugging, board bring-up, test equipment and HIL environments.
-
Familiarity with cFS, RTEMS, FPGA/SoC platforms, NVIDIA Jetson, Zynq or spacecraft OBCs is highly desirable.
-
Understanding of spacecraft avionics, subsystem interfaces and hardware-software integration is preferred.
-
Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and external hardware suppliers is desirable.
-
Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
About us
At NeuralAgent, we are building coordination and AI-Operating layer at edge that orchestrates the autonomous systems and networks across space, air, ground, maritime and underwater domains.
We believe the future will be powered by decentralized intelligence—where autonomous systems collaborate, make decisions and adapt in real time wherever the mission takes place.
