Your mission
You will work with visual datasets, mainly on aerospace domain. Your trained model will be deployed in hundreds / thousands of deployed constrained devices in the sky and space.
Your mission

Configuration and ongoing development of our HRIS, including updates and data maintenance

Employer branding: creating and managing social media content to strengthen our employer brand

Support with contract-related work, e.g. drafting, reviewing and managing employment contracts and related documents

Contributing to HR projects across the entire employee lifecycle
Your profile

Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification

Initial professional experience in an HR environment, e.g. through an internship or a working student role

Trustworthy and diligent when handling confidential and sensitive data

A feel for balancing data (systems, metrics, HRIS) and psychology (people, communication, empathy)

Flexibility and agility to work confidently in an international environment

Strong IT affinity and excellent communication skills

Independent, structured and hands-on way of working
