Job Description: Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Manage FCCS and EPCM applications, ensuring stability, performance, security, and continuous improvement.
- Manage financial consolidation and close processes, including currency translation, intercompany eliminations, journals, ownership, and management reporting, allocations management
- Design and maintain EPCM allocation models, business rules, drivers, dimensions, and profitability reporting.
- Translate Finance and FP&A requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions.
- Manage metadata, hierarchies, data integrations, reconciliations, and security configurations across Oracle EPM.
- Drive automation using EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Oracle integration capabilities.
- Lead releases, testing, deployment, production support, issue resolution, and enhancement delivery.
- Provide L3 support, troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployments.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by validating allocations, profitability calculations, and management reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with Controllership and FP&A teams to establish governance, controls, and best practices for profitability and cost management.
- Configure and manage dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms, dashboards, and reporting artifacts
- Design and maintain allocation methodologies, business drivers, cost models, profitability calculations, and rule-based allocations.
- Manage integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP, FCCS, Data Management (FDMEE), and EPCM applications
- Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, balancing, and auditability of profitability models and allocation results
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by validating allocations, profitability calculations, and management reporting outputs
- Translate business requirements into scalable EPCM solution designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise finance processes
- Configure and manage consolidation processes including currency translation, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, journals, close tasks, and reporting requirements
- Ensure adherence to financial controls, audit, governance, and documentation requirements.
- Manage business stakeholders, Oracle support, implementation partners, and cross-functional delivery teams.

- Proven experience delivering or supporting FCCS and EPCM/PCMCS implementations in a complex enterprise environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA, CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Oracle EPM certification is preferred in FCCS and EPCM
