Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Digital Sourcing Manager to lead and execute our online sourcing strategy. This role will be responsible for leveraging digital platforms, analytics, and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline across key functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels
- Lead and optimize sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and niche talent communities
- Utilize data analytics and sourcing metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and candidate engagement
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand talent needs and provide sourcing insights
- Drive employer branding initiatives across digital channels to strengthen talent attraction
- Explore and implement innovative sourcing tools, AI platforms, and automation solutions
- Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to inform sourcing strategies
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the sourcing process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in digital sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment marketing
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and digital sourcing tools
- Experience in handling high-volume and specialized hiring requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and interpreting sourcing data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; report onsite (Mall of Asia)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in BPO, shared services, or multinational environments
- Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing platforms and recruitment technologies
- Background in employer branding and social media campaigns
