Role Overview: This role focuses on outbound sales activities, requiring a strong commercial mindset and a proactive approach. You will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new property listings for the platform, reactivating dormant partners, securing contract renewals, and maximizing inventory by upselling additional listings and services to existing collaborators.
The position involves promoting the value of the platform to travel agency and homeowners partners, demonstrating how increased visibility and optimized listings can drive bookings and revenue. Success in this role requires strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills, as well as the ability to build long-term relationships with partners in the travel industry.
What you'll do:
- Conduct outbound sales activities and proactively engage with potential and existing partners.
- Acquire new property listings for the platform.
- Reactivate inactive or dormant partners.
- Support contract renewals and strengthen long-term partner relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional listings and services.
- Understand partner needs and communicate the value of the platform effectively.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
- Work towards clearly defined monthly sales targets and KPIs.
