We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support critical Security Data, AI and compliance platforms. The role combines cloud infrastructure, software engineering, database management, automation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve platform reliability, availability, performance and resilience.
- Develop automation, monitoring, observability and CI/CD solutions.
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise databases including Oracle, IBM DB2, SAP HANA and MS SQL Server.
- Perform SQL query optimisation, database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Monitor database health, capacity, availability, backup/recovery and replication.
- Identify and resolve application, database and infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Implement database security, auditing and operational controls.
Desirable Skills:
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, Google Cloud SQL, BigQuery.
- NoSQL: Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Cassandra.
- Cyber security, security telemetry, compliance or risk platforms.
- Data engineering, analytics or AI/ML environments.
