In This Global Future Leader role, you will act as a Pricing Analyst

Role Overview

In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Pricing, supporting Device as a Service and Digital Workplace Solutions (DaaS/DWS) customers across Asia Pacific (AP) within Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG). You will support pricing, financial analysis, and deal shaping activities that help Lenovo develop competitive and profitable customer solutions. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls, deal reviews, and cross-functional meetings while partnering with Deal Desk teams, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to support pricing decisions and commercial strategies.

What You’ll Do

Financial Costing & Pricing: Provide financial costing, pricing, and deal-shaping support for DaaS/DWS opportunities.

Commercial & Pricing Negotiations: Support negotiations related to pricing and commercial terms to help develop competitive and financially sustainable deals.

Deal Desk & Solution Architect Partnership: Partner with the SSG Deal Desk team and Solution Architects to provide DWS price benchmarking for DaaS/DWS bids throughout the Deal Desk process.

Pricing & Market Analysis: Assess cost, price, and market data from multiple sources to identify insights into pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and market trends.

Governance & Deal Reviews: Facilitate pricing governance and deal reviews to support informed decision-making and ensure alignment with pricing policies.

Pricing Data & Policy Management: Maintain historical pricing data and support the review and implementation of pricing policies and processes.

Profitability & Cost Optimization: Help create value for Lenovo by balancing competitive pricing with profitability and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

Deal Risk Analysis: Assist deal teams in identifying financial and commercial risks, developing potential mitigation strategies, and analyzing their financial impact.

Job Requirements: Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited University.

Financial & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to work with costing, pricing, financial, and market data to support business decisions.

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, and experience using spreadsheets for analysis and decision support.

-
AI & Technology Aptitude: Interest and aptitude to learn new capabilities such as AI and Agentic AI and understand their implementation within pricing use cases.

-
Problem Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to dig into details, manage complexity, identify key insights, and support effective decision-making.

-
Collaboration & Organization: Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice to Have

-
Knowledge of competitive pricing mechanisms, methodologies, and commercial constructs within the IT Services industry.

Familiarity with Device as a Service (DaaS), Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS), or enterprise technology services.

Exposure to pricing analysis, financial modeling, deal shaping, benchmarking, or commercial strategy through internships, academic projects, or professional experience.

Pricing-related certifications or active membership in professional pricing associations.
