Description and Requirements

Join Lenovo's Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as a Technical Account Manager Team Manager, leading a team of Technical Account Managers across EMEA and supporting Lenovo's strategic enterprise customers. In this role, you will drive customer success, technical excellence, and service delivery performance while developing a high-performing team. You will work closely with customers, Sales, Services, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes. This position reports directly to the Director, Europe & META Service Delivery.

What You Will Do:

Team Leadership & People Management

-
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Account Managers across EMEA, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture focused on technical excellence and proactive customer engagement.

-
Define team objectives, development plans, and operational priorities aligned with Lenovo business goals while supporting hiring, onboarding, succession planning, and employee development.

-
Drive knowledge sharing, standardization, and adoption of best practices across the TAM organization to ensure consistent service delivery and team effectiveness.

Customer Success & Executive Engagement

-
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers, participate in business reviews and account planning activities, and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

Support TAMs in managing complex customer situations, critical escalations, and service delivery challenges while helping customers maximize the value of Lenovo products and services.

Service Delivery & Operational Excellence

-
Oversee technical health checks, service reviews, customer engagement plans, and operational governance activities, ensuring compliance with Lenovo processes, quality standards, and contractual commitments.

Monitor customer risks, service performance, and satisfaction metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives and proactive mitigation plans to enhance operational outcomes.

Technical Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

-
Provide leadership across complex server, storage, AI, and cloud environments, oversee major incident RCA activities, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Support, Quality, and Services teams to resolve issues, improve customer success, and identify growth opportunities.

What You Will Need:

-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in enterprise technology and infrastructure environments.

-
Extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure support, service delivery, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing technical leadership roles.

-
Proven leadership experience managing and developing technical professionals within complex, international, and geographically distributed organizations.

-
Strong track record of managing multinational customer environments, handling critical escalations, and navigating complex technical and service-related challenges.

-
Demonstrated ability to build executive-level customer relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess risks, prioritize effectively, and resolve issues in fast-paced environments.

-
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including fluent written and verbal English.

-
Experience collaborating with partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies; experience leading EMEA-based distributed teams and supporting large strategic or global enterprise accounts is highly preferred.
