Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, boilers, and low voltage electrical systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and control diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
- Utilize Service Fusion to document work orders, maintenance history, and inventory management.
- Conduct inspections of mechanical and electrical components to identify potential failures or safety hazards proactively.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to minimize downtime by providing timely technical support and solutions.
- Perform installations, upgrades, and modifications on machinery following safety protocols and technical specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, analysis reports, and service logs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Experience
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage electrical systems, HVAC units, boilers and related industrial machinery.
- Familiarity with Service Fusion software for work order management and documentation.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and control diagrams accurately.
- Excellent analysis skills to diagnose complex equipment issues efficiently.
- Customer service orientation with clear communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Relevant certifications or experience in welding, boiler operation, or industrial electrical work are highly desirable.

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
