About the Role
Sensia Ventures Group is growing its data-driven marketing function for US commercial clients and we need a sharp, SQL-fluent Analyst to own the data behind every campaign. You'll be hands-on with real client datasets from day one, driving the accuracy and structure that every targeting decision depends on.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform merge & purge processes and maintain clean, validated datasets
- Build and run SQL queries to extract, clean, and structure large data sets
- Develop list selections and audience segmentation for campaign targeting
- Conduct data validation and deduplication for outbound campaigns
- Build dashboards and reports tracking data quality and campaign KPIs
- Identify data trends and flag issues before they become client issues
- Prepare weekly performance and data-quality reporting for management
- Document processes and methodologies clearly for the team
- Automate recurring reporting and analytical processes where possible
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or database management
- Strong proficiency in SQL (required)
- Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with list selection, merge & purge, and data validation processes
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Russian, Ukrainian, French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Portuguese languages is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis
- Knowledge of direct mail marketing or CRM/database marketing
- Familiarity with AI tools for analytics and process automation
