Alan Scott Qubiverse Private Limited is a deep-tech initiative within the Alan Scott ecosystem under Alan Scott Enterprises Ltd , focused on research and development at the intersection of Quantum Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum-Inspired Computing, Generative AI and next-generation computational technologies.
The company is developing and exploring technologies intended to translate advanced scientific and mathematical concepts into practical DeepTech applications. Its research environment includes engagement and exploration with DeepTech ecosystems and companies across Europe, the United States, Australia and Southeast Asia.
The Opportunity
We are inviting young scientists and engineers who want to move beyond conventional data-science roles and work in an exploratory research-driven technology environment.
The selected candidate will join as a Trainee / Intern Data Scientist and work alongside the Qubiverse technology and research team. The role is designed for candidates who are highly curious, willing to learn independently, comfortable experimenting with unfamiliar technologies, and interested in understanding how Physics + Mathematics + Data Science + AI can converge to create new computational approaches.
Prior professional experience in quantum computing is not mandatory. A strong scientific mindset and ability to learn are more important.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in research and experimentation involving Data Science, AI, Generative AI and quantum-inspired computational approaches.
* Work with datasets to perform cleaning, transformation, statistical analysis, modelling and visualization.
* Develop and test Python-based computational and machine-learning models.
* Explore AI/ML algorithms and emerging approaches relevant to DeepTech applications.
* Assist researchers in converting mathematical or physics-based concepts into computational experiments and prototypes.
* Work with modern AI tools, LLMs and Generative AI environments for research, coding and experimentation.
* Study research papers, emerging technologies and technical frameworks and convert relevant ideas into experiments.
* Benchmark experimental approaches against conventional algorithms and document results objectively.
* Maintain research notes, datasets, experiment logs, technical documentation and reproducible code.
* Participate in technology discussions and collaborative research involving international DeepTech environments.
* Be prepared to continuously learn, discover, experiment and explore technologies at a larger scale.
Qualification :-
Preferred: Graduated, Postgraduate degree in B.Tech/B.E. /Physics from any core/specialized branch, together with practical exposure to AI tools, programming, computational methods or Data Science.
Candidates with equivalent postgraduate qualifications in closely related scientific or computational disciplines may also be considered.
Engineering candidates may also apply: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, particularly candidates having relevant knowledge and demonstrated exposure to AI, computational programming, Data Science or related technologies.
Preferred Technical Exposure
Working knowledge or demonstrable interest in Python, NumPy, Pandas, data visualization, statistics, machine learning, AI/LLM tools and scientific computing will be useful. Exposure to PyTorch/TensorFlow, optimization techniques, simulation, quantum-computing frameworks or research-oriented programming will be an added advantage but is not compulsory.

* The candidate should have strong analytical thinking, scientific integrity, problem-solving ability and an eagerness to explore the evolving intersection of Quantum Science, DeepTech, AI and Generative AI.
