Role Summary
We are seeking a Google Workspace Systems Engineer to play a key hands-on role in an enterprise migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.The resource will work directly with senior architects and external integration teams to configure, test, and execute technical migration workflows across a 150k+ user environment.Key Responsibilities
- Execute hands-on migration of user data, mailboxes, SharePoint, and OneDrive content to Google Workspace and Google Drive.
- Configure Google Workspace core services, admin controls, CAA, DLP rules, and SSO integrations with Entra ID.
- Build and maintain automation using Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, GAM, or AppSheet.
- Support coexistence between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including mail routing, calendar sharing, and directory sync.
- Assist with Gemini Enterprise rollout, including permissions, data access boundaries, and connector configurations.
- Troubleshoot migration, identity, mail flow, DNS, security, and access-related issues.
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for Tier 3 support teams.
Key Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Cloud Administration, or IT Infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on Google Workspace administration experience in a medium-to-large enterprise environment.
- Direct experience with Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migrations.
- Experience with Entra ID / Azure AD, Google Cloud Identity, SSO, SCIM, and provisioning.
- Experience with Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, or GAM.
- Strong troubleshooting experience across mail flow, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, identity sync, and permissions.
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
