People and Culture Coordinator

The Role

As People and Culture Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping our recruitment and HR processes running smoothly.

You will own and coordinate much of the recruitment administration process, from advertising roles and managing applications through to interview coordination, candidate communication and onboarding. You’ll also provide valuable administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partner and CPO across a broad range of People activities.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is exceptionally organised, digitally confident, detail-oriented and keen to build a career in HR and recruitment.

What will I be doing?

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration across a range of roles.

Manage job adverts across our website, careers pages and relevant job boards.

Post and manage vacancies on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

Monitor applications and maintain accurate candidate records.

-
Coordinate interviews, calendars and candidate communications.

-
Liaise with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Support the HR BP and CPO with recruitment campaigns and hiring projects.

Help ensure a professional, responsive and engaging candidate experience.

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports and recruitment documentation.

Support with sourcing and candidate research where required.

Assist with offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding administration.

Look for ways to improve and streamline our recruitment processes.

HR Administration & People Support

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Business Partner and CPO.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

-
Prepare letters, documents, reports and HR-related correspondence.

-
Support HR projects, employee initiatives and People processes.

-
Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and a positive employee experience across the organisation

Assist with maintaining HR systems and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Help coordinate meetings, training, employee events and other People activities.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Provide general administrative support across the People function as required.

You are extremely organised and enjoy bringing structure to a busy environment. You’re comfortable juggling multiple vacancies, priorities and deadlines without losing sight of the detail. You will ideally have experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations or a strong administrative role, but we're more interested in your approach, attitude and ability to learn than a particular career path.

Previous experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition or People Operations.
