Job Description – Maintenance Technician (Hotel)
Position: Maintenance Staff
Department: Maintenance
Reports to: Maintenance Manager / Hotel Manager
Job Type: Part Time - 12 Hours a Week - 2 Days a Week - Preferably Saturday & Sunday
Role Summary:
The Maintenance Staff is responsible for basic repair and maintenance work to keep the hotel safe, clean, and in good working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, fixtures).
- Maintain guest rooms and common areas.
- Respond to maintenance requests from hotel staff.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance.
- Report major issues to the supervisor.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
- Ability to handle physical work.
- Reliable and willing to work flexible shifts.
Job Type: Part-time
