Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Placement Manager to manage student placements, build corporate relationships, and generate employment opportunities for our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and HR professionals.
- Generate job and internship opportunities for students.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and selection processes.
- Guide students on resume building, interviews, and career preparation.
- Conduct placement activities, mock interviews, and career sessions.
- Maintain placement records and prepare regular reports.
- Achieve monthly and annual placement targets.
- Coordinate with Academic, Sales, and Service Teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Placement / Recruitment / HR / Corporate Relations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience in an educational institution or EdTech company is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
