About the Role
NEXTON Learning Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective students/clients, understanding their requirements, promoting our professional courses, and converting qualified leads into enrollments. Key Responsibilities - Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels. - Contact prospective students and explain NEXTON's courses, benefits, and career opportunities. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses. - Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships. - Conduct sales calls and handle customer queries professionally. - Convert qualified leads into course enrollments and achieve monthly targets. - Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel. - Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for lead management and admissions. - Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth. - Prepare daily/weekly sales and lead follow-up reports.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good convincing and negotiation skills. - Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities. - Target-oriented and self-motivated. - Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools. - Candidates with telecalling, education sales, counselling, or business development experience will have an advantage.
