Mobileye is seeking a Lead System Integration and Testing expert to drive integration, verification, and deployment of features across advanced Mobileye platforms for automotive OEMs. As a lead engineer, you will set the technical direction for integration and test activities, mentor engineers, resolve cross-team dependencies, and ensure robust, verified deployment into production ECUs.
What will your job look like?
- Define and drive the integration and test strategy for features across multi-SoC ECU platforms.
- Liaise with OEMs to align on integration and test requirements.
- Lead root-cause analysis and debugging of complex integration/test failures, setting the technical approach for the wider team.
- Coordinate with internal and external software suppliers to align integration/test milestones with deployment timelines.
- Work with hardware and software teams to identify, track, and resolve integration dependencies and defects.
- Set up and commission new lab environments, and manage existing lab infrastructure.
- Establish and maintain test strategy, test cases, test reports, and traceability documentation.
- Provide technical mentorship and review guidance to other integration/test engineers, without formal people-management responsibility.
- Contribute to the development of cutting-edge automotive products, including semi and fully autonomous vehicles.
All you need is:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- At least 7+ years of experience in system integration and testing, with demonstrated technical leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle topology and ECU system architecture.
- Strong communication skills for technical and stakeholder interactions.
- Proven track record leading integration/test efforts on complex, multi-SoC systems.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, test methodologies, and homologation processes.
- Willingness to travel within Germany/Europe for workshops.
- Proficient in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience leading test execution and validation for multi-SoC ECU deployments.
- Knowledge of ECU debugging, secure boot, and system hardening.
- Conflict resolution skills for design and test-related decision-making.
- Proficiency in German is a plus.
