This role is responsible for the maintenance, stability, and performance of the client’s existing Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) supply chain planning and fulfillment solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Solution Architect and business stakeholders to provide escalated technical support, troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, translate business needs into effective technical solutions, and help ensure the overall health and reliability of the client’s Blue Yonder environment.
Technical Support

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support during testing cycles and post-go-live phases.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues in a timely manner.

Support the stability, performance, and ongoing maintenance of Blue Yonder solutions.
Solution & Business Collaboration

Work under the guidance of the Solution Architect, executing technical tasks and contributing to solution design and support activities.

Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and business challenges.

Challenge requirements when appropriate and recommend better alternatives within standard Blue Yonder capabilities, whenever possible.
Data Management & Integration

Manage data integration and transformation processes.

Develop and maintain interfaces between Blue Yonder and other enterprise systems, including ERP platforms and external data sources.

Support troubleshooting and maintenance of existing integrations.
Customizations & Enhancements

Develop and maintain custom extensions, reports, and interfaces using relevant Blue Yonder development tools and scripting languages.

Contribute to enhancements and technical improvements within the Blue Yonder environment.
System Maintenance & Performance

Perform routine system health checks.

Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and technical analysis to ensure optimal system operation.

Support ongoing system maintenance and stability.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Professional Experience
-
3–5 years of experience in a Supply Chain IT systems analysis function, specifically with Blue Yonder SCPO or similar supply chain planning solutions.

Proven experience in a technical role supporting or implementing Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions.
