We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations for a growing e-commerce and 3PL business. The warehouse primarily handles small-parcel, direct-to-consumer fulfillment.
The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse operations experience along with a solid data and process improvement background. A key focus of this role is to identify operational inefficiencies, improve workflow, and increase overall warehouse productivity through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve warehouse productivity, labor efficiency, and order fulfillment performance
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Develop and optimize SOPs, workflow, staffing plans, and warehouse processes
- Improve inventory accuracy, order processing, and outbound efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations
- Work closely with management and other departments to support business growth
- Manage performance, training, scheduling, and accountability of warehouse employees
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse management or operations management experience
- Strong data analysis and process optimization skills
- Experience using data to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
- E-commerce, DTC fulfillment, small-parcel, or 3PL experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong Excel skills; experience with BI, SQL, or other analytical tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously improving environment
