Haskoning Indonesia is looking for an Accounting Staff - GPAS to support our finance and accounting operations. This role is suitable for a fresh graduate or junior accounting professional who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in accounting within an international engineering and consultancy environment.
You will be involved in daily accounting activities, invoice processing, timesheet correction, expense reclassification, customer reminders, and financial document verification while working closely with the accounting team.
What will you do
- Handle timesheet corrections and ensure accurate recording.
- Create invoices for customers.
- Handle expense reclassification.
- Manage customer reminders and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation, posting, and reconciliation of accounting entries.
Where you will work
You will be based at Haskoning Indonesia’s office in South Jakarta, Indonesia, working as part of the GPAS and accounting team.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 0-2 years of experience as Accounting Staff or in a similar finance/accounting role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with team members.
- Good English communication skills.
