Position: Data Entry Executive – Production
Location: Rakholi, Silvassa

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain purchase invoices related to RM (Raw Material), PM (Packing Material), General and Engineering Stores.
- Perform sales invoice entries related to RM/PM as required.
- Maintain records of batch transfers and material movement.
- Coordinate and update the PR → PO → GRN → Entry process in the system.
- Prepare and maintain payment sheets and related data.
- Enter and maintain RM/PM issue slip records.
- Prepare and update daily production report entries.
- Collect and update machine-wise daily production data.
- Check and verify online production reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update KRA/KPI production data and reports.
- Conduct/assist in plant rounds and checklist verification and record observations.
- Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) records for daily production meetings and follow up on action points.
- Update and maintain production master sheets on a regular basis.
- Ensure all data entries are accurate, complete, and updated on time.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for future reference.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, production reporting, MIS, stores, accounts support, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Experience in ERP/software data entry will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of production reports and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
