Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care within the Corrections - County Jail setting, ensuring the health and well-being of all inmates.

Assess and monitor inmate's medical conditions, administer medications, and assist in emergency medical situations.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each inmate.

Document all nursing interventions and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with facility policies.

Adhere to strict security protocols and maintain confidentiality of inmate information at all times.
Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Florida.

Prior experience in a Corrections - County Jail or similar setting is preferred.

BLS certification and strong clinical assessment skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
