Have an active health insurance license and prefer working from home? We’re looking for licensed professionals to join our remote team and assist members with their health insurance questions.
What This Role Looks Like
You’ll spend your day communicating with members and helping them get the information they need. This can include:
- Taking and making member calls
- Discussing health plan information with customers
- Explaining benefits and coverage in straightforward terms
- Assisting with eligibility-related questions
- Understanding the member’s concern and directing them appropriately
- Entering call notes and customer information into company systems
What You Bring
- Active Health Insurance License — required
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Reliable internet and a suitable home-work environment
The Work Setup
This is a fully remote position, so there is no daily office commute. Company equipment is provided, and you’ll receive paid training before taking on the role independently.
