Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
* Track sales, leads, site visits, bookings, collections and team performance.
* Collect and consolidate data from sales teams and CRM systems.
* Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely reporting to management.
* Prepare performance reports, productivity analysis and management summaries.
* Identify data gaps, discrepancies and reporting issues and coordinate for corrections.
* Support management with sales analytics and actionable insights.
* Maintain Excel-based trackers, reports and presentations.
Required Skills
* Excellent knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, filters and dashboards.
* Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
* Experience in real estate / sales MIS will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
