Joyology Lake Orion is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist/Stocker. This position is responsible for stocking merchandise, maintaining organized inventory areas, and helping ensure products are accurately placed and ready for sale.
Responsibilities
- Stock products accurately and efficiently
- Organize products in designated inventory and storage areas
- Replenish sales-floor inventory as needed
- Verify product labels, quantities, and expiration dates
- Rotate products according to company procedures
- Assist with routine inventory counts
- Report shortages, damaged products, and inventory discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, secure, and organized inventory areas
- Coordinate with managers and sales associates regarding product availability
- Follow all company procedures and Michigan cannabis regulations
- Assist with other store duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous stocking, retail, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
- Able to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay: $15 per hour
