- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail/Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in retail, preferably with supervisory or team-lead experience.
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, luxury retail, or other premium retail industries is an advantage.
- Strong background in sales, customer service, and store operations.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve store targets.
- Knowledgeable in inventory management, stock monitoring, visual merchandising, and store administration.
- Strong understanding of sales performance, KPIs, and retail targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility, especially when handling high-value merchandise.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required.
- Willing to work on-site in SM MOA, Pasay City.
