The Manager of Supply Chain leads MFCP's supply chain strategy and execution for the Data Center and Infrastructure Solutions business. This role is responsible for procurement, strategic sourcing, demand planning, inventory optimization, supplier performance, and production planning to support rapid growth, scalable operations, and exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate has experience managing high-volume supply chains in dynamic manufacturing environments with volatile demand forecasts, changing customer requirements, and long-lead-time materials. This leader partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership to align customer demand, production schedules, supplier capacity, and inventory strategies while driving operational excellence and supply chain resilience.
Salary: $110k - $150k | DOE
Primary Duties:
Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support growth, profitability, operational performance, and scalability.
- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for forecast accuracy, supplier performance, inventory health, material availability, on-time delivery, and working capital.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, process efficiency, risk mitigation, and service performance.
- Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team through coaching, accountability, and professional development.
Planning, Forecasting & Production Support
- Lead demand planning, forecasting, and SIOP processes using customer forecasts, sales pipeline data, production requirements, and market trends.
- Support production planning and scheduling by ensuring material availability aligns with manufacturing and customer delivery commitments.
- Manage inventory strategies that balance service levels, supply continuity, and working capital objectives.
- Identify supply risks, capacity constraints, and material shortages while developing mitigation plans to protect production schedules and customer commitments.
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor performance management.
- Develop sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, lead time, capacity, and service reliability.
- Manage supplier relationships and drive accountability through measurable service, quality, and delivery metrics.
- Implement supplier risk management, diversification, and continuity strategies to support business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary supply chain partner to Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
- Communicate forecast changes, supply risks, inventory performance, and production impacts to key stakeholders.
- Support new product introductions, project deployments, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Develop standard processes, reporting, and training that improve supply chain effectiveness across the organization.

Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing, engineered products, OEM, industrial distribution, or Data Center infrastructure environments.
- Proven success supporting high-volume production operations with volatile demand forecasts and rapidly changing customer requirements.
- Strong expertise in demand planning, SIOP, inventory management, production scheduling support, strategic sourcing, and supplier performance management.
- Experience managing long-lead-time materials, capacity-constrained suppliers, and complex global supply networks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, ERP, MRP, forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain analytics tools; experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate supply chain challenges into actionable business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to build alignment across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and executive leadership teams.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, collaborate effectively with a wide variety of people and personalities, and meet company requirements including a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The essential functions of this position will require the employee to perform the following physical activities:
- Frequent use of office equipment
- Must be able to carry, push, pull, reach, and lift materials and objects up to 20 lbs.
- Standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, and bending.
- Communicates verbally with MFCP leadership, co-workers, and one-on-one, and group meetings.
- Work in a temperature-controlled office environment with moderate noise.
- Up to 30% of travel may be required by automobile and/or air travel.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
