Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Personal Injury Attorney with Sobo & Sobo, you will:
- Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters, from intake through resolution, including trial.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients at trial, advocating effectively to secure favorable outcomes.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare cases for negotiation or litigation.
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and case management skills.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- A JD from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to practice law in the State of Ohio and in good standing.
- Prior experience handling personal injury cases.
- Strong litigation skills, with the ability to independently manage cases through trial.
- A strong commitment to client advocacy and achieving meaningful outcomes for injured individuals.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
