Role Description
- The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Angeles, responsible for leading and developing the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales objectives, monitoring performance metrics, and providing coaching and guidance to team members.
- The Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts to support long-term partnerships.
- This role also involves preparing sales forecasts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align strategies.
- The Sales Manager will ensure consistent implementation of sales processes, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and represent the company in client meetings and industry events.
- Recruit, train, and coach sales reps through regular 1-on-1s and pipeline reviews
- Set team quotas/KPIs, build go-to-market strategies and deliver accurate sales forecasts
- Step in to assist reps with key accounts and high-value negotiations
- Track sales metrics and optimize customer pipeline movement using CRM
Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
- Proficient in conversational English for daily team and client communication
- Must be capable of driving a vehicle with a valid driver's license
- Proven ability to meet or exceed team revenue quotas
- Has experienced handling start up company.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, including setting targets, coaching teams, and driving performance.
- Strong skills in client relationship development, negotiation, and account management.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.
- Proven capability to identify market opportunities, contribute to sales strategies, and support business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a similar on-site sales leadership role; background in the local Angeles market is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
