About the role
Flam builds AI-native tools for interactive brand content. We're hiring a visual designer who treats generative tooling as a production pipeline, and who thinks in systems rather than one-offs.
You'll create high-craft visual work that the world's leading brands and agencies build on top of. Every piece has to hold up commercially, survive being adapted for different brands, and still look intentional afterwards.
What you'll do
Produce polished visual and motion work at pace, across categories and brand tones
Design so that one asset becomes many - parameterised, adaptable, consistent
Build and refine AI-assisted production workflows for image, video and 3D
Work alongside product design so what you make and what the tooling supports stay aligned
What we're looking for
3-5 years in visual, motion, or brand design with a portfolio showing range and taste - not one aesthetic on repeat
Real fluency with generative tools, plus a clear-eyed view of where they break
Motion and interaction sensibility. This work is experienced, not just viewed
