About the Program:
JEEVIKA is a flagship rural livelihood initiative implemented by the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society under the Government of Bihar. The program focuses on poverty reduction, women empowerment, and strengthening rural livelihoods through community institutions, digital systems, and data-driven decision making.
Role Summary:
The AI / ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions to support data-driven decision-making in JEEVIKA programs. The role will involve building predictive models, data analytics systems, and automation tools to improve program monitoring, beneficiary targeting, and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education-
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field
- MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
- MBA / PGDM with specialization in Analytics, Data Science, IT, or related field
Experience-
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in AI / ML model development and implementation.
- Experience in data analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-based applications.
- Experience working with large datasets and real-world deployment of ML models.
Technical Skills & Other Requirements:
- Programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
- Knowledge of Data Analysis and Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with SQL, databases, and data pipelines
- Understanding of model deployment and APIs
- Experience in government projects, public sector programs, or social sector analytics.
- Knowledge of big data technologies or cloud platforms.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary project environment.
- Willingness to collaborate with program teams and field units when required.
- Generative AI & LLMs: Require hands-on experience building RAG pipelines and optimizing models, fine-tuning, quantization, and VLLM deployment.
- Core ML & ML Ops: Hands on in Py Torch/transformers, dataset engineering, and production workflows using ML flow, Docker, and evaluation frameworks.
