About the Role:
Codebucket Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Technical Support Executives (TSE) for the COMFED – Sudha Dairy project.
The selected candidates will be stationed at the assigned milk plant and will handle technology, data, portal, and reporting activities while coordinating with plant teams and COMFED Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update milk plant and farmer-related data on the assigned website and portal.
- Provide basic support for computer, software, system, and portal-related issues.
- Coordinate with plant administration, operational teams, and COMFED HQ for assigned technical activities.
- Prepare and submit required reports and maintain proper records of work completed.
- Ensure timely implementation of instructions and technology-related requirements received from the plant and COMFED HQ.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the concerned team when required.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical support, IT support, data management, MIS, portal handling, or a similar role.
- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / B.Sc. (IT/CS) with DCA or ADCA certification.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, computer operations, internet applications, and web portals.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Willing to work at the assigned location and coordinate with different teams.
Preferred:
Candidates with experience in dairy/milk projects, government projects, field IT operations, MIS, or portal management will be preferred.
