Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer, Manager
Location: Boulder, Colorado
Schedule: Onsite, M-F
Pay Range: $130,000 - $160,000

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer, Manager to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, Manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
What's the Job?
- Lead manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality standards
- Manage cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and oversee production schedules to meet organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or related leadership roles
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- 8-12 direct reports
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
