As our team continues to grow, we’re seeking expressions of interest from talented professionals at Senior Associate through to Director level for future opportunities in Auckland and Hamilton.

In Private Business, you’ll work directly with entrepreneurs, business owners and leadership teams across a broad range of industries. Combining technical expertise with practical commercial advice, you’ll help clients solve complex challenges, identify opportunities and create long-term value.

We’re interested in connecting with professionals at the following levels:

- Senior Associate

- Manager

- Senior Manager

- Director

The scope and level of responsibility will reflect your experience. As you progress through the grades, you’ll take on greater responsibility for leading engagements, developing people, building client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

Your day-to-day could include:

- Partnering with business owners and leadership teams to understand their goals, challenges and opportunities

- Delivering accounting, tax compliance and business advisory solutions

- Supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business planning

- Translating complex technical information into clear, practical and commercially focused advice

- Building trusted client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value

- Leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance insights, streamline processes and deliver greater value for clients

- Leading and delivering high-quality client engagements

- Coaching others and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

- Experience in accounting, tax, legal, business advisory or related professional services

- Strong technical capability and commercial acumen

- Confidence leveraging AI, technology and data-driven insights to create value

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset

- An analytical, solutions-focused approach and attention to detail

- A collaborative style, strong sense of ownership and commitment to quality

- Leadership, coaching or client engagement experience aligned to your level
