Title: Project Support Manager
Location: Perth
Relevant Experience: Perth
Key role and Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and day-to-day project coordination activities.
- Organize project meetings, workshops, training sessions, showcases, and stakeholder forums.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track action items through to completion.
- Coordinate project communications and stakeholder updates.
- Maintain project registers, including risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and actions.
- Support preparation of status reports, SteerCo packs, governance papers, and project dashboards.
- Ensure project documentation is stored, maintained, and version-controlled in accordance with governance standards.
- Assist with compliance to project management frameworks and methodologies.
