As a Solutions Architect, you’ll work directly with major appliance brands and enterprise customers to understand their challenges, shape connected kitchen solutions, and help bring new cooking experiences to life.
The ideal candidate will come from a Solutions Architecture, IoT, Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting background.

You’ll:
- Partner with Account Management and Sales throughout the sales cycle to develop compelling connected kitchen, IoT and technical solutions.
- Work directly with major appliance brands to understand their technology, product and integration requirements.
- Design solutions using IoT technologies, APIs, Python, AWS, Lambda, integrations and data capabilities.
- Translate customer requirements into clear solution proposals, technical architectures and implementation approaches.
- Define how smart appliances, connected devices, platforms, APIs and data systems integrate within wider customer environments.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to define integration strategies, data flows and technical requirements.
- Support complex technical onboarding, configuration and connected appliance integration activities where required.
Skills/Experience:
- 6+ years’ experience in Solutions Architecture, IoT, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting or Implementation within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong commercial experience working with IoT, connected devices, integrations and data-driven solutions.
- Experience working with consumer technology, smart appliances, connected products or IoT ecosystems would be highly advantageous.
- Strong customer-facing experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python, AWS and Lambda.
- Experience designing integrations, APIs and data flows across complex technology environments.
- Must be available immediately.
