About The Role
CloudRX is looking for an HR Generalist to own our day-to-day people operations while helping shape how our HR function scales as the company grows. This is a hands-on role spanning payroll systems, policy enforcement, employee lifecycle management, and benefits coordination, with real input into team structure and evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll and HR Systems
Serve as the in-house expert on Paychex Oasis, managing payroll processing and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Maintain accurate payroll and employee tracking records.
Policy and Compliance
Take the lead in developing, enforcing, and updating the employee handbook. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with current employment law. Serve as the go-to resource for policy interpretation and enforcement across the organization.
Organizational Structure and Evaluation
Help confirm and refine organizational structure, including job titles, job descriptions, team bandwidth, team size, and scope of roles. Define and manage the performance evaluation process, including merit-based reviews. Evaluate and coordinate the design of employee benefits programs and benefits vendors and partners, then educate employees on offerings and drive enrollment and engagement.
Employee Lifecycle
Manage the full employee onboarding and offboarding process. Conduct exit interviews and summarize feedback for leadership. Plan and communicate company holiday schedules. Manage floating holiday allotments and work anniversary tracking.
Performance And Compensation
Lead end-of-year evaluations and mid-year check-ins. Track merit increases and maintain salary range documentation.
Qualifications
5-8 years of progressive HR experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required.
Proven, hands-on experience with Paychex Oasis.
Demonstrated experience leading the HR function end-to-end, with the ability to work autonomously.
Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance best practices.
Experience developing and enforcing employee handbooks and HR policy.
Experience With Employee Benefits Administration And Vendor Coordination.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience supporting organizational design decisions such as titles, scope, and team structure.
Experience building or refining performance evaluation and merit review processes.
