Duties And Responsibilities
We are looking for a National Accounts Sales Coordinator to support our National Accounts Sales Team with the administrative, order, and procurement needs of the department. This position will work closely with Sales, Service, outside vendors, manufacturers, and administrative teams to help coordinate trailer orders, equipment options, inventory, purchasing, procurement, and related documentation.
This role will have a strong focus on food distribution customers, multi-temperature zone trailer designs, and high-option-content equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience understanding trailer options, equipment configurations, customer requirements, and the process involved in coordinating equipment orders.
The National Accounts Sales Coordinator must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers flexible remote work; however, the individual must be available to work during East Coast business hours to support National Accounts and daily operations.
- Support the National Accounts Sales Team with trailer orders, procurement, equipment options, and administrative needs.
- Assist with food distribution, multi-temperature zone trailer designs, and high-option-content equipment.
- Review customer requirements and help make sure trailer orders and equipment details are accurate.
- Coordinate new and used trailer orders from initial order through completion.
- Work closely with Sales, Service, vendors, manufacturers, and other departments to help keep orders moving.
- Coordinate, schedule, and track aftermarket installation of purchased or customer-supplied materials after production.
- Generate Internal Purchase Agreements (IPAs) for new and used trailers.
- Maintain accurate new and used trailer inventory records.
- Prepare and maintain specification sheets for new equipment.
- Maintain clear communication with internal departments, vendors, and manufacturers regarding order status, equipment details, and procurement needs.
- Assist and greet customers as needed.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Maintain a professional and ethical approach when working with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, trailer sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of trailer equipment, options, specifications, and equipment configurations is preferred.
- Ability to work well with Sales, Service, vendors, manufacturers, customers, and other departments.
- Ability to learn and use company systems, processes, and equipment-related programs.
