We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Expert to support a leading financial services organisation with Salesforce design and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable configurations
- Advise Product Owners, architects and business stakeholders
- Apply an “Adopt before Adapt” approach
- Configure:
- OmniStudio / OmniScript
- Flow Builder & Validation Rules
- Security & Sharing Model
- Data Modelling
- Reports & Dashboards
- Case Management
- Lead & Opportunity Management
- Support impact analysis and solution design
- Transfer knowledge to internal teams
- Work in an Agile environment
Requirements
- 5+ years Salesforce experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio/OmniScript, Flow Builder, Security & Sharing and Data Modelling
- Strong analytical skills
- Agile experience
- Fluent Dutch & English
Nice to Have
- Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst certification
- Apex experience
- Boomi integration knowledge
- Financial services / banking experience
- Contact Centre experience
- Experience with international/offshore delivery teams
Practical Details
- Duration: 3–6 months + possible extension
- Commitment: Full-time
- Location: Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week in Antwerp
- Start: ASAP
