We're growing our US Data Centre Team at Amoria Group and are looking for ambitious individuals to join us as Candidate Consultants.

Our US Data Centre team works with organisations delivering major projects across the United States, connecting specialist professionals with opportunities across some of the largest technology infrastructure projects in North America.
As a Candidate Consultant, you'll develop specialist knowledge of this market while building relationships with professionals across the US.
What will you be doing?
You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
You'll:
- Build and develop relationships with specialist professionals
- Identify candidates for live opportunities across the US
- Speak with candidates about their experience, career goals and opportunities
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process
- Build and manage specialist talent networks
- Develop your knowledge of the US data centre market
- Work closely with experienced consultants supporting major projects
- Build a long-term network of candidates and industry professionals
This is a highly people-focused role, with plenty of opportunity to develop your communication, relationship-building and commercial skills.

Monday–Friday | 12:00pm–9:00pm
